partner 2 does thrusters (95/65) until partner 1 returns
then switch
this continues until each partner runs 1600m
then
partner 1 does 10 squat clean (135/95)
partner 2 does wallballs until partner 1 finishes
switch
then
1 partner does 30 situps or 25 GHD while partner 2 does a wall sit.
then switch
continue until each partner accumulates 90 situps or 75 GHD
